Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and engage potential candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates€™ qualifications and fit for the company culture.
